NEWSOURCE aims to develop a futuristic, reading style, with news. It follows along the principles of social media today on how Generation Z has taken Instagram, Twitter, etc., as their general news source. Generation Z intakes news through pictures that are uploaded with sentence(s) that are short and to-the-point to get the message across; whether it be about a passing away of a celebrity, a major sports win, natural disasters, etc. The motive is to change the reading perspective in a way that still consists of the interactivity of visuals that mainly move, but then expands into different reading levels, so that one can intake step-by-step information, rather than all at once. NEWSOURCE hopes for Generation Z to simply read text a lot more, whether it be on screen or in-person.
